PRINTING THE ENTIRE PAGE

The templates print style allows for the page content to be printed but prevents the printing of headers, footers and menus. This decision is based upon economical and environmental factors, along with the cognizance of the difference between the print medium and the Web medium. If you need to print out this page in its entirety, several solutions are available to you:

1 - Printing the Screen

1 -a After exiting this window, press the 'Alt' and Print 'Scrn/SysRq' keys on your keyboard at the same time. This places the image on you clipboard. keyboard

1 - b Open Windows Paint program

1 - c Create a new file (File > New) MS Paint new item menu

1 - d Within the newly created file blank screen, press the Ctrl + V keys concomitantly on your keyboard or select Edit > Paste from the Paint menu. MS Paint paste menu

1 - f Select Image > stretch/Skew... Selecting the 'stretch/Skew' sub menu from the 'Image' menu.

2 - Using Independent Software to Print the Webpage

It is possible to print a screen or even an entire page using independent software packages such as Adobe Acrobat 8 or Snagit, among many others. Please refer to your software manual or contact your Information Technology Services for more ample information.

If a graphic software other than Paint is used to print the screen shot, please make certain to set the image width to 560px, which will guaranty its printability. Of courses, when setting the image width, be mindful that the image height has to correspondingly be reduced by the software.
